Equipped with imported, fully automated machinery, our production line minimizes quality issues associated with human error. Our facilities operate in compliance with the European CE Mark and adhere to stringent US FDA regulations, setting an internationally recognized benchmark for safety, sanitation, and precision.

Comprehensive Traceability and Quality Monitoring

Each batch undergoes thorough sampling and quality checks from raw materials to finished products. For dry food, sampling occurs every hour, with samples stored for 20 months, exceeding industry norms. Wet food undergoes equally stringent checks, with individual pots stored for 26 months, ensuring quality over time and facilitating reliable traceability.

Setting Standards for Raw Materials

Supplier Selection

We comprehensively evaluate suppliers’ quality and safety assurance system. We only select suppliers with profound industry experience and outstanding performance, just to make sure pet food ingredients are controlled and checked.

Raw Material Standards

Based on guidelines from the Ministry of Agriculture, we source raw materials that are health-certified and meet stringent national quality standards. Every batch undergoes tests for drug and pesticide residues, heavy metals, and microorganisms to ensure safety and purity.

Arrival Inspections

Raw materials are transported in temperature-controlled vehicles to preserve freshness. Upon arrival, they are rigorously tested for nutrients, residues, metals, and microorganisms. Only compliant batches are accepted into the production process, while non-compliant materials are rejected.

Tetra Pak (Asia’s Exclusive Environmentally Friendly Solution)

Bridge PetCare is committed to eco-friendly practices, as shown by our exclusive partnership with Tetra Pak for sustainable packaging solutions. In 2018, we pioneered China’s first wet food production line with Tetra Pak technology, achieving a daily capacity of 36 tons (100 packs per minute).

Raw meat is preserved at -18°C and processed within a controlled range of 4-10°C to retain maximum freshness and quality.

Innovative Packaging

Utilizing Tetra Pak’s advanced, six-layer sealing technology, our packaging standards exceed even those of milk packaging, safeguarding product integrity and freshness.

Patents & Innovations

Our use of nitrogen packaging minimizes oxygen exposure, keeping pet food fresh. Additionally, a seaweed coating rich in vitamins helps reduce plaque on pets’ teeth, enhancing dental health.
